Wild life and field botany

Update: Due to an unanticipated conflict with a professional obligation, Mike McGraw will not be presenting at this month’s Philadelphia Botanical Club meeting.

Matthew R. Halley will be the speaker at the meeting this Thursday, February 25th. The title of his presentation is, “Kin structure and mating system of the Veery (Catharus fuscescens) in the Mid-Atlantic Piedmont, with a review of nest site vegetation and the use of alien plant parts in nest construction.”
